The family's been staying put at home again recently ever since the sharp increase in COVID cases. On top of preparing home cooked meals for the kids, once in a while we indulge in some food delivery services.
Just the other day, we stumbled upon Uzu Chicken on the Foodpanda app. Interestingly, the online menu doesn't just consist of their signature Korean Boneless Fried Checken, but we found Japchae, Fried Rice and many other Korean noms inside.
The highlights were the signature Korean Boneless Fried Chicken. Not too tough, yet has that crispy texture outside, breaded and fried till a golden brown colour. Each set comes with refreshing sesame yuzu salad. Good stuff!
